Rheumatoid Arthritis and Nutrition

It is recommended that people with Rheumatoid Arthritis or RA eat more protein than the average healthy person. They recommend a nutritionist or other specialist to help you better plan your diet and exercise.  Knowing what foods to eat and what foods to limit though really can help reduce the pain and problems and let people with RA to enjoy life a little more than before and hopefully for a long time into the future.
