Oh these type of videos disturb me in so many ways. But thats just cause of my knee(s) having problems. I cringe at sights of people hurting their knees and anything else involving knees. But this video did help me in understanding whats up with my worst knee. Seeing as doctors just put me on meds, and don't do anything else. Thanks a bunch.

my knee doesnt hurt it just feels weird and weak.... It doesnt hurt at all im just scared mentally to put pressure on it. I feel like something is moving in it when i move on it. Anyone got an idea what it might be? Im drinking these magnesium and clacium pill starting yesterday, to see if that will help before i go to doc.
